PACT Housekeeping Meetings

A short call this week, getting back into the studio with a catch up on the progress made last week.
First we talked about the process of organising and gathering everyone on site at the same time. We faced communication delays, and heard preferences from contractors like Lee about WhatsApp groups and work phone numbers. We will be creating a WhatsApp group in the coming weeks to maintain a quick, direct way to keep in touch with those involved in the project when talking about daily or urgent updates.
We then talked about the holes we made in PACT House. They were completed faster than we initially thought, and they were also easier than we anticipated. In the future, we have gained confidence for our ambitious plans.
Finally, we discussed Andrew.C and his site visit report. He took sketches and pictures but no measurements - meaning that when we receive the report back, we will most likely still need to get accurate wall measurements - although these are not as urgent for the planning stage. We are now awaiting the report.
