PACT Housekeeping Meetings

Nell and Sav back for this meeting, we talked again about the planning process, and how close we are - keeping in check with the deadlines and project schedule. Everything is going smoothly, and we haven’t run into any issues with the process. No design changes or decisions make for slow news days.
We then talked about what happens after planning. We can revisit certain design aspects, such as the junctions between walls, windows, and smaller architectural details, we can start designing and specifying the interior, curate and boil down ideas which can then be developed alongside our architect, Tony.
This next process will bring more decisions, resources and people back in, which will also bring back some hustle and bustle. Getting on with detailed drawings, while quiet, has been a very good way to build back our knowledge and expertise on the physical fabric of the house, and have a good think in the process.
