PACT Housekeeping Meetings

We had a couple of things to run through this week, the highest priority is to run through our presentation for Lee as we’ll be meeting him first thing tomorrow. We will give Sarah a call in advance in the morning and see if we can have our meeting at the house.
First though, we quickly ran through our format for social media, what we plan to post, and what it will look like since it will show up on both ours and PACT’s social Instagram pages. The couple of comments were that we should add the PACT logo onto our cover page template so that everyone can easily spot what we’re talking about, and keeping in mind that we should notify Sarah when we post so that she can go online and accept it as a collaborative post.
We then ran through our presentation, which runs in a priority order of spaces, and details our high/low budget aspirations for each space. One point that came up was that it would be nice for Sav and Nell to spend some more time at the house, working in the cellar, making food in the kitchen etc to better understand what it’s like to use the space, and what changes we would make based on our experience doing this. It would be useful to think about actual use cases of the space, rather than ideating and idealising what and how we would like the house to be used. We’ll keep this in mind and try to arrange a time when we can do this.
We then touched on the open house. We don’t yet have a fixed date so we will see when the house will be free, and work on our drawings, and a list of invitees in the meantime.
