PACT Housekeeping Meetings

First things first, we received an email from our planning officer, Sam, today, who raised some points that she would like clarification on, these being:
This has shot to the top of our priority list, as we want to keep our application moving as smoothly as possible.
We’ve spoken to Andrew regarding his support with structural elements, and we’re aware that there seem to be a number of contacts that people have with other steel and structural experts. Eastwood will be able to help, and we are building our network page on our website so that we can have a comprehensive list of the other people we’d like to talk to in order to explore our options.
Dan also raised that Bill Jenkinson and Mike White also may be able to help us when it comes to our fire strategy, and he will ask if they would be happy to join us in some of our weekly meetings to advise and support us in the current stage of the project.
Lucy will also continue speaking with Ciara (daughter of Bill) about her fundraising and support as a PACT ambassador.
SKiNT has some people that we are speaking to for further guidance regarding the open house, and we are currently working on creating the materials and work that will be displayed on the open day.

- The material and colouring of the eaves
- Proposed infilling on the underside of the roof, between the horizontal timber slats
- The colour of the steel frame
